Every package we deliver is traceable. Material Traceability Reports and OEM warranties accompany supplied equipment, and Factory Acceptance Testing is managed and documented where the scope requires it.

- Details you enter in the request for quotation form: your name, company, business email, telephone number, sector, package category, required delivery timeline and scope of work
- Any document you attach, such as a bill of quantities or material take-off
- The date, time and IP address of the submission, recorded to prevent automated abuse
Why we collect it
- To prepare and send a commercial response to your enquiry
- To ask technical clarification questions where a scope requires it
- To keep a record of the enquiry and our response
How it is handled
- Submissions are delivered by email to mail@v12oil.com and are accessible only to V12 personnel handling enquiries
- Attachments are stored on our hosting in a directory that is not publicly accessible
- We do not sell your details, and we do not share them with third parties except where a supplier quotation requires it and you have asked us to proceed
- We do not use your details for marketing unless you ask us to
- Enquiry records are retained for as long as needed to serve the enquiry and meet our record-keeping obligations, then deleted
